Phone order late and doesn’t show on tracker

Hi, I placed order no ********** on Nov 9, and although I received an order confirmation email, all has been quiet since then.  When I try to track the order, the number is not recognised.

Please help!

it is an iPhone XR in Red, 128GB — one of the “Good as New” offers (as an upgrade).  Have been trying to contact EE by phone and using the chat, all with no success.  very frustrating!

it’s an upgrade, and the phone was showing (as I recall) as only 1 in stock
