Phone not charging

Help!! My phone port seems not to be working. I have plugged my phone into various charging cables and ports including a USB port, a regular plug socket and a laptop. The laptop is not recognising the phone is connecting. Is this a hardware issue and will Samsung fix it?

Have you tried wireless charging (I f your phone has it).
Contact Samsung repair or claim under your Samsung warranty if the fault is potentially hardware related.
