Phone not arrived

Hi my new phone is due to arrive today. 
I had a txt last night from EE to say it would arrive between 0800-1000 however I am still yet to receive the phone. Iv not had any contact from the delivery company stating they have the phone etc... and no calling card has been left to say they have attempted delivery. Can you please help

@Abbysue  DPD will text you on the day of delivery giving you a rough delivery time slot. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
