Phone delivery

I ordered a phone online and have received an email and then a text with the time and date my phone would be delivered. However it has not been delivered and Someone has been waiting in all day.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
