3-6 months ago, I came into an EE branch regarding my plan. While the EE employee was looking through our plan he says that we’re actually due for an upgrade. I was not interested at the time, but now, May 2020, I am interested in getting an upgrade but when I log in to My EE or text 150 it says that in a week I’ll be available for an upgrade, and even then I’ll have to pay an early upgrade fine of what seems to be £100-200. So I don’t know what do as my phone is definitely out of date right now.

How many plans do you have on your account? What were the contract start and end dates? You'll be able to see in your My EE account.

Do you know exactly when you went into store? Are you on a phone contract or a SIM only plan at the moment?
