Phone clone

Trying to send all my stuff from old Huawei to new dual sim oppo, oppo keeps telling me on phone clone that only the device owner can use this app!?

Phone Clone usually works really well so this is a bit of a strange one. Are both the phones fully up to date for their system software?

Good morning Chris, 

Thank you for your response. I discovered this morning that one product had phone clone & the other had clone phone! 

I have since rectified the problem & cloned the old phone to the new one 🤦 hahaha
