On the 31st August 2021, I had upgraded my device and got my bill yesterday. When I opened up the bill to have a look at the cost, I was shocked to see that I had extra charges on my bill that was quite pricey. Does anyone know what the extra charges are for as I have no clue, since I already have paid the upgrade fee.

Is there an explanation for the charges on the bill? Quite often if you view the bill via myEE online rather than the app, there is extra detail with additional charges.

@Hamza10 All costs will show even if it’s a upfront cost. The upfront cost you paid will be setting on your account to go towards your payment. If your not sure give customer services a call and they’ll go through this with you.
