I’m trying to get my EE perks number but can’t get logged on. Tried the reset but it doesn’t work. Has things changed?

Hi @Kazmcg
Thanks for coming to the community.
Did you receive the email to reset your password?
When did you last log into your EE Perk account?
Thanks 🙂
Leanne.

I have the same issue. Account already registered but error message when I log in.
tried password reset on both work and personal email.
spoke to customer services who also tried to reset and said I’d have an email within 24hrs, that was 2 days ago

Hi Chris.
This might get complicated, I was advised on 150 to try to re register as at work I can use either my collar no or name as email.I registered in 2018 under XXXX@XXXXX with personal XXXX_XXXXXX@XXX..com I used this up until April with no issues but recently ran into problems I have mentioned with the validate email issues.Whilst onto 15O I mentioned using my name to re-register so did this with XXX.XXXXXX@XXXXXX.XXX and personal email XXXXXXXXXX@XXXXXl.com
This worked up to the point that it sent an email to my work asking me to validate my email but then says invalid account.
Hope that makes sense and gives you enough to go on
Tony

I've redacted your email addresses, as they were posted on the public board, @2995.
I've still got them, though.
Could you send me a screenshot of the 'invalid account' error message through private message please?
That should be enough to go off.
Chris
