Perks Login Issue

I had previously registered for EE Perks - however when using my login details, it says 'The login details supplied are invalid'.
I have clicked 'forgotten login details' and supplied my email, but never receive the email to reset. I have search both my inbox and spam folders to no avail.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
