Hi,
I am unable to verify my email address.
I filled in the details required on the form and input my work email address. An email to verify my account was then sent to my work email which I could access and clicked the link. However this then reverted me back to a page which required me to log in. When I put in the details I had registered with, it said the details were not recognised.
Have tried resetting the password three times, still doesn’t let me past the validate email step.

Hi @Storm14
Thanks for coming to the community.
Can you try opening the link in a different browser, does this accept your details?
Are you using your work email to log in?
Thanks 🙂
Leanne.

Hi @Eoinmaccann
Thanks for coming back to me.
You'll need to check that your employer is signed up to ‘EE Perk’ scheme. Your Benefits or HR team will be able to confirm this.
Leanne.

HI @Eoinmaccann
Yes this is free to register.
Your employer needs to be signed up to the ‘EE Perk’ scheme to register.

Thanks.
I received this via text today. how would this look on the EE app?
Hi Eoin, your exclusive package of perks for being an NHS worker are now active on your account..So you can rest assured that if you ever use up your data allowance, NHS data will keep you connected for free.
This data might be slower than your core allowance at a reduced speed of 2mbps, but you can still enjoy doing what you love online, using apps like WhatsApp or Facebook.
It's our way of saying thanks, Visit http://discover.ee.co.uk/8584X1P9 if you need a reminder of these benefits.

Hi @Eoinmaccann
If you work for the NHS then you should be able to register for an EE Perk account.
Can you register as a new customer?
Leanne.
