Hi,

basically I looked on my banking app lastnight and EE have paid me £630? I have a watch contract with them and it’s due to end next month. 
confused to why they have paid me money and I’ve had no correspondence from them

Best call and speak to CS. If the payment is wrong they will want it back. It does seem strange and maybe the payment will be reversed when the bank realise.
