I have today found out I have been paying nearly £10 a month for 2 years to EE for Apple Music. Apparently i was given it free for 6 months and then was suppose to opt out if I didn’t want it.
I have no interest in this product. I already pay a monthly subscription to Spotify. I have never used it. I guess U took no notice because I wasn’t interested in.
EE customer service have offered a refund of £60 and told me they recommend I look at my bill.
I am appalled by EE. They sneakily add this product to by bill which I don’t use or even know is there for the free 6 months and then because I didn’t opt out start charging me.
No I didn’t notice, I’ve added 2 phone to my bill since then and my bill does fluctuate a bit.
I demand that EE refund me the full amount they stole from me and stop this stealth, sneaky behaviour!!!!!
