I have just got the pay as you go sim pack top up £10 get 8gb of data however I have topped up the £10 and account only says 4gb data
how do I get the 4gb that it’s missing when all my paperwork says 8gb data pack

Same here, I ordered a SIM with a £10 for 8gb deal but going to top up it says just 4gb.
Might just pull and toss it away.

Thanks for responding.
I didn't go so far to top up due to the 4gb, my current SIM already gives me 8gb, so the Ballance shows as zero.
I also received an SMS telling me I'd entered into an "agreement'/contact and the top up fee will come out automatically without so much as a check box ticked. Bad advertising for Pay as you Go.
I will keep it in case it's my own doing somehow and just stick a calls add on in it.
