Hello ,
2 days ago i order new pay monthly phone with sim card. I get email with order details and XKN number but still i dont have any information about delivery and they have'nt take money from my bank account. When i try track my order on the website show me the alert "Your tracking is timed out" . What can be a reason and what i can do now?
