I ordered an iPhone13 they told me that it arrived in ten days, it's almost two months ago and it didn't arrive, and they're charging me in my account the value of the iPhone that didn't arrive!

Hi @Pedro33 ,

 

If you've been charged for call and data allowances that you cannot use, it would make sense to request a refund of that.

 

If you are only paying off the device, it may make no sense to request a refund as you would probably just pay extra at the end anyway.

 

Morally, it may feel a little strange to start paying for something before receiving it but you are paying in installments when the service provider has already committed the entire cost of the device to reserve that device for you as a named customer.
