I am currently in pay as you go £5 pack. My pack is automatically renewed each month. I want to know why each time I view my pack status it says next month I should get 4.1 GB of data when I only ever receive 1.5GB.  It’s been saying this for a while now.

It seems both are saying different, the app is telling me I should have more data?

Have the photo shots come through?  If not when I text balance to 150 it says I have 1.5mg data to use by 28/9

 

..the app is showing me my next pack top up on the 28/9 I should have 4.1gb of data? I am very confused!

I think what confused me is the boosts have already been added on as I started with 500mg of data and now with 10 boosts added I am now up to 1.5GB of data with the 10 boosts added so I am not sure why this 4.1GB keeps showing up for when I renew my next pack. No worries.
