I recently moved abroad and changed my SIM-only plan to Pay-As-You-Go to keep my number. I was told I need to use the number at least once every 60days. However, I cannot see my plan, top-up option on MyEE profile. It says “account closed”. 🤨🤔
Would be shame to lose my number after all...

You need to call CS to delete your old contract MyEE a/c & then you can set up your new PAYG MyEE a/c afresh, using the same mobile no. & email addy if desired. You can't mix them under MyEE.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

Can I do it online? Would like to avoid phone calls.
When I rang EE while still in the UK they said it will be automatic transfer and I wouldn’t need to do anything apart from using the number every 60 days to keep it active.

Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. over Skype. It should be free.
CS were talking about the SIM itself & its usability, not about the online MyEE a/c which is optional.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

Hi @Mari_M
Welcome to the community 😊
I hope you're having a nice day and you're all settled in after the move.
Just as @XRaySpeX mentioned, the transfer from pay monthly to pay as you go is automatic. However your My EE account may need to be switched by our customer care team.
I would recommend getting in touch with out customer care team so they can get this all sorted for you.
Thanks.
Chris.
