Pay as you go pack won't renew

Hi

So I topped up my account as usual so my pack could renew today and it won't renew as it says that I need more credit. I am on the £5 VIP pack and my credit is currently £12.08. If I text AL to 150 it shows this and if i text NOW it just comes up to say I need more credit. I know I can re text the pack code to 150 but I don't know what mine is and it isn't listed with the new packs/pack codes. If I text the new £5 pack code to 150 it will switch me to that one which I don't really want to do as currently I get 500MB, 150 Minutes and Unlimited texts which is more than the new £5 Pack. I have used this pack every single month for years so I don't think its an issue with it being too long since I last used it.

Any ideas?

thanks!

How long is it since you last used it? For what? That could well be the issue.

What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?
