When logging in via the app, it appears to be using an old password from somewhere other than my iOS keychain which I had previously renewed back in February of this year, I cannot understand this because I can still login on the website with the renewed password, can you investigate this issue please.

@NortholtJohn3 Try login out of the app and then try again. Login click the 3 lines top left and then click settings scroll to the bottom and click log out. Clear the app from the app switcher then reopen the my EE app and login. What happens ?
ps Don’t forget the app is using Face ID to login so your password is automatically entered without you doing anything.
