I have upgraded to a new phone, i have not had any trade in packaging. i have been trying to get hold of someone now for the last 7 days and had no response. still nothing. i hope they will not add my old phone onto my bill. Also i have wrote a complaint but still no reply from Monday.
i am really not happy with customer service.
can someone help ASAP please?

The packaging to return your phone will be sent separately in the post, so may take a little longer to arrive.
I understand it's not possible to return your phone without the packaging.
