My SIM is deceased/kaput therefore cannot use phone to text for/receive PAC code I plan to leave ee how can I get the PAC code?

@Jeano4   You’ll need to call customer services and request this over the phone and say why or you will need a replacement SIM card and you can get this via customer services or by booking an appointment at your local EE store.
