Pac code

EE have text me my PAC code. However it's only 6 digits long.  My new provider Vodafone srates the PAC number is 9 characters. ..3 letters and 6 digits . Can anyone help

Hi @Woodywood1 

A PAC should be in the format ABC123456

If you text PAC to 65075, your correct code should be sent to you again.
