Hi @vadimc1992

If you're having problems submitting your PAC online, I would recommend calling EE C/S on 150, and giving it to an agent over the phone instead.

I speak English badly, I will not be able to call

Unfortunately there is no access to individual customer accounts on this public web forum. If you are unable to call, I can only suggest rechecking the PAC that you've been given by your previous provider, and try the online form again.

What's the problem? Doesn't it look like the form says it should? If it doesn't you will need to go back to GG to check it.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

Hi @vadimc1992.

Is your PAC made up of three letters followed by six numbers?

If you're still having trouble, are you able to use our online chat service?
