Pac Code, Number changed, however now running off two phones?!

Sent Pac code to EE, EE have changed and my phone number to my old number ending 743 which is correct, however moved from Voxi (Vodafone) number ending 743 and now 

new phone can make calls etc, but doesn't receive all messages. my old phone keeps receiving messages to the same 743 number! 

Im having to carry around 2 phones!

You have what's known as a split port.

 

When did you submit your PAC to EE - which day? A PAC is normally actioned the following working day after submission, and can take until the end of the working day to fully complete.

 

If it's been longer than that, I would recommend calling C/S on 150 and getting them to check the port has completed.
