Tranfer existing mobile number to EE

Hi everyone. I have just landed with EE from o2 and although I have recieved a PAC code which expires end of September however when I enter it into the transfer your existing number form it informs me that the code is incorrect.
Am I missing something?

@Hepkat64 Call customer service and give them the pac code. They open in 10mins
To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
