I’m really unhappy as I’ve gone out and ordered a ps5 game to go with the ps5 for my partner for Christmas after getting an order confirmation yesterday… I placed my order at like 8:33 after being on the site at 8:29 I got an order number and the money taken out my account called this morning to see about delivery to be told that apparently my orders been cancelled as they’re out of stock! I’m so annoyed not happy with EE at all!

oh no don’t say that 🤦♂️Why can’t company’s just sell what’s in stock, I ordered mine at 8:33 also I’ll have to call and check if mine is cancelled

Yes my upfront payment is pending I understand I’ll get it back it’s not the issue the issue is the fact my order went through and then was cancelled without even letting me know… I was lead to believe I was receiving the product then informed I wasn’t when I chased shipping. On other threads it says if you’ve had order number and conformation email you will definitely be getting one and that you will contacted directly if there’s any issues this obviously isn’t the case

It doesn't fill me with a lot of confidence after my order yesterday 😞
My £10 up front cost has been taken and I received an email with an order reference starting with xko which all the previous entries have said should confirm that I have been successful but seems like that means nothing as as you had the same and had your order cancelled.
Leanne_T can I get confirmation that my order is being processed successfully or do I need to call EE to get the bad news?

Yeah would be great if I could get some confirmation I have the £10 pending and a confirmation email, tried calling 150 but all the automated options include are wifi and phone issues nothing for an order
