there’s no option when calling 150 I’m just stuck in a loop trying to get to someone who can help

Called 150 and managed to get through to someone who has told me that my order has been processed but they have no stock to be able to fulfil it and aren't likely to get any new stock in within the next 28 days.
Shockingly poor service from EE! To add insult to injury I had to call myself to be told I wouldn't be getting it after paying the £10 upfront and receiving an order number yesterday morning.
Completely lost faith in this company and will be looking around for another supplier for my mobile contract when this one ends.

awful isn’t it I’ve just had another call an when I said I checked out at 8:33 and there was loads of people who checked out after me she said they wouldn’t be getting theirs either they just don’t know it yet! So badly handled situation to not even tell us our orders have been cancelled and us have to chase them to find out! Have a feeling there’s going to be lots of us in the same boat 😩

I received a confirmation and xko number on Friday morning as well timed at 8:39. I’ve not chased up or heard anything since so I’m not sure what’s happening. If EE are just cancelling orders and not even telling people it seems completely wrong. At the very least they should honour the sale, after all they’ve taken the money and should place all the affected customers on a priority wait list for the next delivery.
I’ll wait to see what happens

I checked out at 8:34, but also had a confirmation email, but I paid in full. I hope I get mine, they have taken the money.

So I decided not to ring 150 and let EE contact me to see if it’s cancelled, the £10 deposit I paid has been taken from my pending which was a good sign and then today I had a message thanking me for adding a plan to my contract and how to manage it. So I’m praying that means I’ll finally get one, however no dispatch details or estimated delivery yet

Good news Chrislis, I also had a text about adding the order to my account and a text from DPD saying they are planning to deliver tomorrow. I’ve still not had email confirmation from EE but it’s looking like I’ll get a delivery.
I think EE could help themselves by letting people know it can take a number of days before you will hear back and help avoid customers panicking and expecting the worse. Despite all of the faults it seems a fairer way to get a ps5 than buying through other outlets, at least ee are prioritising existing customers

Yeah I agree some timescale would have been useful, I hesitate to be too harsh with the shambles that’s been going on with getting a PS5 and all the scalpers etc just hoping this is the final time of trying for me
