PAYG large sim card Can I keep the same Number buying a Nano Sim card

Have an  Pay as you go old Nokia X2 and want to upgrade to PAYG Android with a Nano Sim can I keep / Transfer my number ?

Many SIMs come as Combi-SIMs holding all 3 sizes. Can you push a nano SIM out of the existing SIM? Otherwise Order a replacement SIM for £1.50 or phone CS for one.
