1GB Add-on only lasts for 7 days instead of 30

Hi,

I am living outside of the UK and have been buying add-ons for UK & EU data when I need them.

1GB Add-on for 7 days costs £3.

1GB Add-on for 30 days costs £6.

I always go for the £6 deal but have noticed recently that it cuts off early, in fact after 7 days (see image).

This has happened on a number of occasions now.

Why am I being swindled?

@aic  It would be best to call customer services and ask about this.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi @aic,

Welcome back to the EE Community. 🙂

That's great advice from @Chris_B. Our Customer Care Team will be happy to help if you get in touch.

James

That is obvious advice yes.

I've phoned +44 7953 966 150 as it is supposed to be free but as soon as I get to my option it tells me I'm to pay 25p/minute.

I've no idea how long the call will take.

Can I resolve this over email or any other means?

Hi @aic,

It's a one of charge of 25p per call, rather than per minute.

Hope this helps.

James
