Hi, I paid £20 for a PAYG SIM with data package on the 16th July, no sign of it.
I can't use customer services (either phone or chat) as I don't know the number of the SIM.
What do I do to chase this order?

Try calling CS on +44 800 956 6000 (option 2, option 4) . That won't ask for an EE mobile no.

@teecee227 : Why can't you use CS? You'll need to phone them to chase progress.

Customer Service is for customers
To prove you are a customer you need the EE phone number
I don't know the phone number on the SIM as it hasn't arrived.

thanks for that, that number wasn't listed anywhere obvious on the website. Am through to a human so should get somewhere now 😉

It's the EE Sales line. Therefore you don''t need to be a cust to ring it.
