Trying to get a pac code, my message won’t get through and when I try and do it online it keeps coming up with an error, been trying for nearly a week now

Welcome to the EE Community,

 

have you tried texting PAC to 65075 ?

 

If it doesnt work call freephone 0800 317 720 and a retentions advisor will be able to provide you with your PAC code.
