How do I get my PAC code.  I have text the number but have been told to go to My EE.

@joannac4 : You need to call CS for your PAC when you have more than 1 no. on your a/c. You can't use text to 65075 in that case.

Hello @joannac4 

 

The usual reason for the text-PAC service not working is that you have multiple lines active on your account.

 

In this scenario, as per how do I get my PAC from EE help article, you will need to either login to your myEE online account, or call EE C/S on 150.
