PAC Code Error

Hi
So this week I've started a new pay monthly contract with EE. I have requested and received a PAC code from my previous provider (Vodafone) but when I'm using this to port my number over to EE an error message tells me it's incorrect.
The PAC code is still valid as it was only requested 2 days ago and I have also confirmed the code with Vodafone.

Give EE a call on 150 and they can help if the automatic process fails.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I think so...
The contract was bought through a third party and when checking out that asked for the PAC code, which I provided. But nothing has happened or changed

This could be why you are unable to request the transfer again online.

Your number won't transfer on the weekend, this should be Monday for you, and you will receive a text to the EE phone to let you know this has started.
If you would like to make sure this is all set up for Monday, please give our Mobile Care team a call on 150, they will be happy to check this for you.
