Over pay

I tried to pay my bill bill bill but was declined.  Tried again and was accepted. Checked my bank and two payments have gone out.  Can I get the payment back ?

Hi @Mcl335 

They are probably both pending charges and EE will only claim one, and the other usually clears after about 7 days depending on your bank.
