Have placed an order and received confirmation and nothing more since, why oh why does you order tracker do nothing more than state it cannot be tracked at this time. Would be helpful if it could give info of what stage it's at and rough estimates of despatch and delivery date.

if the order tracker isn't displaying any information call freephone 0800 317 720 and a customer service advisor will be able to assist you.

Still does not address my original complaint that the Order Tracker needs to supply more information and not just on the way or we haven't a clue what's going on.

@Creecher69 the community is a public forum if you wish to complain about the order tracker I recommend contacting customer services.

I'm sorry to hear the order tracker wasn't giving you the required information.
I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team so they can check this for you and give you an update.

Same issues here, on hold for over an hour to then be told the tracking number they gave me is showing as invalid, hilarious absolute joke, quick enough to come n take money out of your account but can't tell you if you order has went through, in the words of Billy butcher, absolutely diabolical
