Hi ther, ordered a new Samsung 21+ on Saturday night and received a conformation on the order but haven't received anything since and when I try and use the online tracker it just says sorry can't display your order details right now. But when I ordered the phone it said it was in stock and dispatched within one day

If the tracker isn't displaying your order information, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team.

 

They will be able to access your account and give you an update.
