Ordering new esim and never receive

I have ordered eSim for my number and never get it!! It been 10 days and still get nothing. Why can’t ee do it OTA??

The postal system is still kinda screwed at the moment, but it's getting back to "normal"

Sorry - it's been over 10 days. If they'd have just sent it by email like they should've done in the first place.....
