Ordering a new SIM

Redbul13
Explorer

Hi - I am a PAYG customer and have tried to order a new (nano) SIM for the new handset I have but on both occasions the £1.50 doesn't appear to have been taken even though I have received emails to say it will be sent within 2 days.

Please can someone help with how to confirm I have ordered a new SIM or let me know an easier way to do this

Thanks

How did you order it?

SIMs are sent out by 2nd class post.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

I had ordered it through my ee account online both times but no luck. I have since called in to try so fingers crossed it will work at the third time of asking?

Hi there @Redbul13

I am sorry to hear you did not receive the SIM card.

The SIM card can take 2-5 working days to arrive 🙂

Let me know how you get on.

Leanne.
