Ordered ps5 - £10 taken out of account but no update???

Hi,

 

I ordered the ps5 on launch day, I got a confirmation email and XKO code.

 

I can see on my ee that £10 was taken on 21st, and it's obviously gone out of my account. 

 

However, I haven't heard ANYTHING since launch day when I got my confirmation email. 

 

I thought that guy stated it would only be taken once it had been shipped, so now I am confused as to why I have NO shipping details.

Hello @gemmafebruary

 

The £10 upfront charge will be taken when your order is being processed on your account rather than when the PS5 is being dispatched.

 

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive further notification.
