Ordered an Upgrade - No confirmation

Hi,

 

I placed an order over the phone yesterday for an upgrade to my Apple Watch contract.  All the up-front costs have been taken from my debit card, but I've received no confirmation email and there is nothing in My EE which suggests that anything has been progressed.

 

When should I expect to receive confirmation that this is progressing please?

Thanks for the response - yep I've checked Junk/Spam and nothing in there from EE.

You should receive confirmation shortly after ordering. 

 

If the money has been taken from your account, the order must have gone through.

 

Have you received anything from DPD about delivery?

Thanks Chris - the issue was that my email address was somehow missing from my account - but had confirmation on the phone (and now from DPD) that the watch will be delivered today.  So a happy bunny. Thanks.
