Ordered a new phone

I have ordered a new phone and I have received the confirmation email. But payment hasn't been took out of my account yet. And when I go on ee website it says that the phone is still in shopping basket.so don't know if processed properly yet

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team so they can check to see if the order went through on your account.
