I have not heard nothing relating to my order since my confirmation e-mail which I got during the purchase. It will not let me track my order with my code, what makes it worse is I paid £100 upfront and it feels kind of suspicious.

You can either keep trying EE order tracking, or call EE CS on 150.
When your order is ready for delivery DPD will text you.
