Ordered Iphone 12 pro

Hi, 

 

How long do I get my order in. Had the conformation email and paid the cost for my upgrade, albeit still no order. Is there anyway to hurry the order up a little tracking says awaiting confirmation for delivery date?.

The expected dispatch time may vary, depending on when the order was placed, the model of iPhone, colour and size.

I order the iPhone 12 pro 128gb in pacific blue in store on the 23rd of October.

 

I’ve had nothing from DPD or EE regarding when it will arrive,

I ordered the iPhone 12 pro 256gb in gold on the 24oct and till now nothing still stuck with waiting for dispatch any idea what’s happening ?!

Hi, thanks for replying!

 

They gave me an estimated delivery of 2 weeks (6th nov would have been 14 days)

 

It was to be delivered to the EE store in St James' Retail park, Dumbarton in Scotland.

 

I know it's only a couple of days over and you're probably inundated with messages like this, so I'm just looking for any kind of update 🙂

I placed my order at the EE store on Kilburn high road I was given 14days for delivery it’s Been 15days and am still told to expect delivery date ?!

Did you select delivery to the store?

 

If so, following the Government’s latest advice, we have closed all our EE and BT stores in England for the next four weeks.

 

If you have ordered your handset to be delivered to one of our affected stores, your order will be changed to be delivered to the home address on your account.

 

Your order will be dispatched as soon as stock is available.
