I’ve ordered a new iPad Pro 12.9 over 2 weeks ago, I got my confirmation email but nothing has been dispatched, when is it going to be dispatched / delivered?

Welcome to the community,

 

There is a backlog of orders, customers who pre-ordered, I am one of them, are just receiving theirs, got mine yesterday, so you will have to wait, as orders are done on a first come first serve, and it also depends what size hard drive and colour you have ordered, as to what stock has come in, but I can tell you it is worth the wait!

 

You can keep an eye out for updates in the My EE App by clicking on what’s new.

 

You will get an email/text from DPD the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour delivery slot.

@Schockwave When did you ordered ? because my preorder still to come

@BRDIMITRIS , I ordered on the 30th, but then realised it was an additional line, so the next day rang EE, who cancelled that one and then ordered it as an upgrade.

 

I would suggest you ring customer service and see when you can expect your IPad. It also depends what size storage and whether it was space grey or silver. EE, customer service  are best place to let you know.

@Schockwave I see, I ordered mine on 20th of June any idea when to expect?

 

@BRDIMITRIS , that is not a pre-order, but it depends how many are still waiting for theirs, as it is on a first come first serve, so as I said, you would need to ring customer service to find out when you should receive it. Worth the wait though.
