Order sucess email but unable to track?

I made an order last night, i instantly recieved an order sucess email and the first payment was took from my bank. I cannot track this order though it just says "sorry there is no information available". Is the first email an automatic response? Im unsure now wether i have actually been accepted or not although there has been no cancle email or money refunded?

It was the purple iphone 11 64gb
