Not received my order by delivery date

I had order the iPad 2021 in space grey and have tried to track the order but it keeps saying sorry it is unable to track my order at the moment and it was meant to be delivered on 15-11-2021 according to the email that has the expected delivery date on but I have not received this item nor have I had any messages from DPD

You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 about this order. EE probably don't have stock similar to many retailers.
