Order not delivered

Hello, 

I ordered a remote control on the 9th November to be delivered within 2-4 days. I have not had a confirmation email (have checked junk email) so can not track my order but the money has been taken out of my account. How can I find out when my order will be delivered? Thanks

You will get a text from DPD when your order is out for delivery.
