As probably every other person who has ordered something through the EE shop, I haven't received a confirmation email, despite the message at the end of the process saying that one has been sent. (This was on Monday morning, today is Wednesday).
As everyone else, before posting here, I have checked my spam folder and there's nothing there.
Has the EE system been checked since around 2017 when all these complaints started rather than making every person check their spam folder and then having to contact EE? It seems like nobody has actually thought that maybe something is wrong and the system which is supposed to send the emails, isn't working?

Thanks for coming to the community.
Once the order has been processed you should receive the email to the email address provided at checkout.
What device did you order? Could you let me know the model colour and size?
