My 70plus mother ordered and paid for a phone that was delivered to a joint EE/Argos store for her to collect in store but lockdown happened on 23rd March before she could collect, any help or advice as to whether she could get this re-ordered and delivered to her home would be much appreciated as she has heard nothing from EE regarding the order and has not been refunded. She has tried to ring 150 but can never get through.

If you call 0800 317 720 you will be able to get through to a customer service advisor & they will be able to advise you.

Many thanks will pass that number onto my mother as order in her name, will be great if she could get this sorted. Thank you for your help
