Order & a breach !

Hello, I ordered my iPhone 12 pro gold almost 2 weeks ago now and still have not received it! , however when doing a online order, my account got hacked from your website! I got payed and all my money got taken from my account!!!!! .. I have spoken to the fraud team and they said that the breach came from you, as this was the same day of doing my upgrade. So I am absolutely furious! - you never get back to me when I ask when my delivery will be, I had my account details hacked from you guys! - and I still haven't received my new phone! - so first of all tell me where my new phone is ?! Or is this just a scam! And yes I’ve done all the tracking bull that you ask everyone to do! - so where is my phone?!!! And I’ve emailed you about the breach but still no one has got back to me - so guess you don’t care if I report this ! Send me my bloody phone!!! - been through hell just before Christmas and everyone here wants an actual answer to where there phone is or a date but you can’t even do that, more than happy to take peoples money! Leak peoples bank information on open banking! But then not give them there order!

@Gemma112  I can EE give you a date if they don’t receive enough from Apple to be able to allocate one to you. EE don’t know how many they’ll get from Apple on the shipment.   

You’ll have to speak with customer services about your “hacked account” as this is just a public forum not customer services do there no access to your account here.

just frustrated about not receiving the phone yet 😕 .. and plus the hacking tbh!
